SHIPPING DETAILS

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped immediately from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please contact us if you would like to change details of your order (such as delivery address). Orders are final once shipped. Base Gray is not responsible for lost orders due to addresses entered incorrectly. The length of time for your order to reach you is highly dependent on your location. 

• DOMESTIC ORDERS: Shipping within the continental U.S. is $5.00 and increases by $1.50 for each additional item. Expect orders placed in the continental U.S. to arrive within 7-10 business days. 
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping outside the continental U.S. is $12.00 and increases by $2.50 for each additional item. Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be delivered outside the continental U.S. Additional costs such as import duties, taxes, and customes fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know through our Contact page.

RETURN POLICY

We hope and expect that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, If you would like to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, please observe the following guidelines and instructions. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your request. **At this time all international orders are final**

• TIME LIMITS: Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of shipped date.
• CONDITION: Evidence of defect must be provided. All items must be unused and in "like-new" condition. Clothing must be unwashed.
• STOCK: All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.
  
• SALE ITEMS: At this time, all sale purchases are final. No exchanges on sale items.
• SHIPPING COSTS: For all returned items, postage fees will be of your responsibility.
