All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped immediately from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please contact us if you would like to change details of your order (such as delivery address). Orders are final once shipped. Base Gray is not responsible for lost orders due to addresses entered incorrectly. The length of time for your order to reach you is highly dependent on your location.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS: Shipping within the continental U.S. is $5.00 and increases by $1.50 for each additional item. Expect orders placed in the continental U.S. to arrive within 7-10 business days.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping outside the continental U.S. is $12.00 and increases by $2.50 for each additional item. Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be delivered outside the continental U.S. Additional costs such as import duties, taxes, and customes fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
